PCBs, or Printed Circuit Boards, are important components of every electronic device. This is simply because no device would be able to function without these boards. Printed Circuit Boards serve as an insulator board which connects the rest of the components within a device, thus forming a circuit. However, all Printed Circuit Boards are prone to dirt and dust that accumulation of such can lead to underperformance of a certain device, or worse, damage to the PCB. Before, people are hesitant to use the Ultrasonic technology of cleaning Printed Circuit Boards mainly for the reason that it has a high tendency of destroying the electrical components. But with the advancement of technology, PCB Quick Wash has become safer and effective. Technology has helped to replace the single frequency wavelength approach with a variable frequency approach or what is more commonly known as sweeping. This advancement gave way to the idea of using this cleaning method in order to reduce the production cost and also enhance the reliability of the board. Cleaning is such a delicate work to do especially when we are dealing with delicate components such as a Printed Circuit Boards, thus one needs to make sure of the method to choose.
